Here at Bedford window cleaning, we offer various methods to clean the exterior and interior of your property.

Pressure Washing

This is the use of high-pressure water spray to remove dirt and debris ingrained in exterior surfaces we can adjust the pressure and flow rates to suit the surface we are working on.

We have heavily invested in our equipment to provide the best possible cleaning including steam cleaning equipment which can deliver and more delicate cleaning approach with adjustable temperature output from between 50° to 150° Celsius. The advantage of using steam to clean exterior services as you can reduce the pressure required. This is especially relevant when cleaning stone or other delicate surfaces.

Pressure, washing, alone, is usually not the complete solution to getting the best possible clean. We combine this with Soft-Washing, using specially developed chemicals to break down, oils, biofilms, stains and efflorescence that forms on the exterior of your property. 

Sealing and Restoring

We can also provide specialist sealing services to maintain your property looking It’s best for longer between cleans. We have access to the latest breathable nanotech sealers from our suppliers. All sealers can be used to protect the following surfaces:

A common application for a sealer would be a patio or driveway. A sealer cannot only prevent against biofilm course it can also enhance the look of your driveway or patio.

We also offer surface restorers, for example, tarmac restore. As tarmac ages you can often find that the colour fades using a tarmac restorer. You cannot only seal the tarmac, but a prevention against future degradation. We can also restore coloured tarmac Driveways.

Soft-Washing is a clean method using low-pressure water, mixed chemical treatments to achieve the desired, cleaning result. Sof-Washing can be used to clean:

What are the advantages/disadvantages of pressure washing?

The advantage of pressure washing is where you may need to reply to remove ingrained, deep, rooted, dirt and debris. This is ideal for use on hard surfaces. The disadvantage of pressure washing is that it is not suited to delicate surfaces like Wood and Natural Stone.

What are the advantages of Soft-Washing?

The advantage of Soft-Washing is that it is more suited to delicate services as it is applied using low pressure. This is ideal for treating Services like wood, natural stone plastic and other fragile surfaces.

Green stained fence panels? This is biofilm going on your fence. Simple application of a biocide, soft wash will take care of this.

Stained render?

A combination of sodium hypochlorite soft-wash, followed biocide, prevention, treatment will take care of us, getting your render, looking like new.

Carbon staining?

Have you ever looked at brickwork or songs work on properties and see that they have black staining on them?
This can be removed using a specialist treatment service that BWC can provide using hydrofluoric acid. This is a dangerous chemical to work with and full risk assessment and PPE and other protective measures will be in place whenever services carried out.
